Cuerado will do everything possible to deliver your order as quickly as possible. All orders are shipped on business days (Monday through Friday) excluding holidays. SHIPPING CHARGES
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer shipping services through DHL to most countries in the world. It is the responsibility of the customer to take care of all duties, taxes and fees (including VAT) associated with the shipment once customers item reaches his/her country. When you place the order you become the importer of record and the package will not be released to you until all fees are paid. Cuerado is not responsible for any fees imposed by your country’s custom which may include transfer and storage fees. If you refuse the shipment or the package is returned to us you will not be refunded.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
Cuerado does not provide return shipping labels and shipping charges for returned item(s) are the customers responsibility. The address for return can be found on your invoice included with your package. Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted. Cuerado reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements in our sole discretion.
EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange your shoes for a different size or style of shoe, please contact us within 10 days of receiving the item.
RESTOCKING FEES
A restocking fee of $15 will be charged if any items are missing from the returned box; such as shoe horn, shoe bags, etc
FOR MADE TO ORDER ITEMS
Our Made to Order collection are handcrafted specially for each individual client and provides a wide range of options at a more affordable price enabling the purchaser to customize the shoe colors & style. Each pair will be made upon receipt of order and shipped in approximately 15 days fastest turn around or 21 to 30 days in most cases. Cuerado will do everything possible to ship your item within 15 days.
With our Made to Order and custom collection, Exchanges can be made or we can issue store credit towards another pair of your choice otherwise its final sale. The easiest way is to e-mail it to us along with a brief description of your case. If you wish to exchange or return your shoes for store credit, please contact us
TRANSPORT DAMAGE
If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us.
UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
For packages that are not picked up at your post office within 14 days, Cuerado reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies’ administrative costs.
Cuerado reserves the right to amend and update this policy at any time at its discretion.
